As the old saying goes, “Presentation is everything”. For any products and goods, an attractive packaging is a must. Sometimes, you may have to think outside the box and beyond to leave an excellent impression to your audience. Here are the top 10 finds of great packaging design projects found at Behance.
Beck 8-Bit Variations by DHNN (design has no name)
The artwork to the clever packaging really brings out the term 8-bit to reality.

Cassette Badge Sets by Greig Anderson
Being a child of the eighties I have fond memories of cassettes and I have created these limited edition badge sets as a reminder of this past format. There is currently 12 different cassette types by some of the mainstream tape manufacturers that I remember having in my childhood. Each set consists of 6, 25mm button badges which are created as circular crops of the actual cassette artwork. These are attached to a printed cassette back board and sealed in a classic cassette box with a custom inlay card giving a brief history of the cassette format. Sets can be purchased by emailing greig@effektivedesign.co.uk - Cost £5 per set plus P&P and can be paid via Paypal.
Witty thinking of bringing old school styles back to mainstream.

agua vaª by missmoustache
Simple yet playful tee and packaging design by missmoustache. Check out their portfolio, they have other unique projects in there as well.

The last cigarette by Didac Catalán
A very well executed project and message. Didac’s other projects such as this is off the charts as well.

This package was created for a school project. I chose United trade show as the client, because i have a great interest in what they do. The package comes in a clear polybag and is sealed with a sticker that looks like a t-shirt label.
A unique and creative concept with simple color scheme.

When I designed this package my aim was to attract children. Besides that to provide sustainability instead of throw it away after consuming this product. For this reason the package can turn into a paper toy. The children put together the body, which is inside the package, and the face. This helps to improve their intellectual development.
Bright, colorful, characters sure bring cheers and joys to kids and kidult alike.

Puerto Despertar (LP) by Bendita Gloria
A folded and stitched poster becomes an envelope that keeps a jewel-box inside. The title of the cd is “Puerto Despertar” (Port Awakening), hence a bundle of light rays on the front cover.
The CD packaging is incredibly clean and the white spaces are used very nicely.

Retro Toy Packaging by Dave Hile
A mix of vintage style graphic with conventional colors tones makes a stylish combination.

Wedding Invitation by Chris Trivizas
This fun design is fresh take on traditionally boring wedding invitations.

Good News? Bad News? by Crystal Chou
These books visually illustrate the common saying, “Do you want the good or bad news first?” Collected newspaper clippings were organized into two books, one containing the good news and the other containing the bad news. Experimental typography aided the visual representation of the news articles.
Excellent use of typography with rich visual contents to convey the project’s message.

The last cigarette by Didac Catalán stands out among the rest..the message is strong and very well executed.
